1.来稿要求论点明确、文字简练、数据可靠，论文一般包括题目、作者、单位、摘要、关键词、英文译文、正文、符号说明和参考文献等。

2.标题层次：使用国际通用的阿拉伯数字分级连续编号的国际层次序号表示法，不同层次的数字之间用“.”相隔，末位数字不加点号，一般不宜超过4层。

3.作者是指对论文作出了实质性贡献的人（包括自然人、法人或组织）。作者署名次序原则上以贡献大小决定排序，由论文全体署名作者在投稿前共同商定，投稿后原则上不得变更。

4.参考文献：采用顺序编码制，按照正文中出现次序列于文后。以参考文献：(左顶格)作为标识；序号（左顶格）用阿拉伯数字加方括号标示；每一条目的最后均以实心点结束。

5.注释以“①”“②”“③”等标注，并以脚注形式按序排列。
